Video (and youtube) provides a fabulous rich vein of resources ... but videos are not as portable as PODCASTS which can be downloaded to mobile phones and MP3 players ....
You can use the large number of podcasts available by simply ADDING them as a live link into your own blog, for example: http://www.abc.net.au/services/podcasting/ takes you to the ABC radio podcasting site ... you can download these freely.
And there are many many ELT podcast websites - there are some lonks to these in the side panel or just do a goolge search for ELT podcasts!
OR you (and your students) could make your own!

You will have to become a member and give yourself a username and password. You also have to DOWNLOAD the recording software ...
